GTranslate Pro with joomla 3.1

just purchased and downloaded GTranslate Pro zip file contains gtranslate_v3.141592. The site my website developer is using joomla 3.1 will versions of GTranslate PRO 1.6 & 1.7 work. he says it does not.. please help

Hi,
For Joomla 1.6.x , 1.7.x and higher versions install Joomla plugin using plg_gtranslate-1.7.zip.
