GTranslate Pro stopped working after I updated to Wordpress 3.6. I get the following error message for each language except English: <gtranslate/cache and XX language folders should be writable (777 permission)> Gtranslate Pro was originally installed by a Gtranslate tech. I found several locations for /gtranslate but nothing for /gtranslate/cache/. Can you tell me where to find this directory? I have the Enterprise plugin. Thanks Adrian

Hi, You should find gtranslate folder in the root directory.

Yes I found the /gtranslate directory in the root directory but there was no /cache directory present.

In this case please uplad cache folders again. It seems you deleted the cache folder.

Hi, In the cache folder you should be able to find language folders. If you deleted the cache please upload again. If you can send me access info I can check it.

I restored the cache file from a backup and it seems to be working.
