Forum Archive - Gtranslate Stopped Working

How can I tell what service I have with Gtranslate. My Gtranslate stopped working at www.ExhibitSystemsInc.com and I am not sure if it is because I added SSL and SiteLock to our domain or my subscription ran out. Do I need SSL support with Enterprise or is SiteLock blocking the translation? How can I check what is causing the problem. Thanks, Adrian

Hi, Have you cleared your translation cache? Currently we do not support GTranslate Pro version and stopped the development. Pro version currently doesn't translate new content if you do not use Google Translate API key, which is not cheap.
