We have the same problem, were told it would be sorted ASAP, we have made two payments and nothing has happened to restore our licence after our PayPal was hacked. On top of this the gtrandlate banner at top of the site is totally unprofessional for anyone viewing our sites, should find a new way of informing people or switch it straight back on when paid. Also it seems you are very quick to remove translate but very slow to put back live, there doesn't seem to be any interest in solving our problem.
