Guys help me with gtranslate in Wordpress!

I get the message when I stack the gtranslate module in Wordpress :

Expostulated: Call-time cruise by-reference has been belittled in C:\wamp\www\nlcc\blog\wp-content\plugins\gtranslate\gtranslate.php on line 39
Expostulated: Call-time cruise by-reference has been belittled in C:\wamp\www\nlcc\blog\wp-content\plugins\gtranslate\gtranslate.php on line 62
Expostulated: Call-time cruise by-reference has been belittled in C:\wamp\www\nlcc\blog\wp-content\plugins\gtranslate\gtranslate.php on line 90
As of now I am working from a localhost however I am associated with the web.

I remember someone had same issue but I cannot find it on forum so I need your answer again.
