After giving above hreflang tag in website.it was successfully showing like this in webmaster tool
For main domain 26 Hreflang Tags 0 Hreflang Tags with Errors
sub domain1 - 18 Hreflang Tags 0 Hreflang Tags with Errors
subdomain 2 - 16 Hreflang Tags 0 Hreflang Tags with Errors
subdomain 3 - 4 Hreflang Tags0 Hreflang Tags with Errors
subdomain 4 - Your site has no hreflang tags.
subdomain 5 - Your site has no hreflang tags.
I'm new to international targetting .My question is
what is mean by the count of hreflang tag

When i check my hreflang tag in checker tool i got a responce ,
Missing return tag(s) (page does not link back)
Please clear my above doubts anyone

Hi,
If you are not sure about hreflang tags, do not play with them.
Search engines are smart enough to do the targeting automatically.
