Hi Edvard, I am very disappointed that you just seem to be ignoring me and don't think this is good way to treat paying customers. You spend a lot of time replying to people using free version but do not even reply to me apart from saying be patient. Should I remove GTranslate pro and seek an alternative as this has not been working for months now and very embarrassing, I've sent all details you asked for more than once. Harry
