Hi Edvard, I am very disappointed that you just seem to be ignoring me and don't think this is good way to treat paying customers. You spend a lot of time replying to people using free version but do not even reply to me apart from saying be patient. Should I remove GTranslate pro and seek an alternative as this has not been working for months now and very embarrassing, I've sent all details you asked for more than once. Harry

Hi Yana, I'm experiencing problems again, this time Cloud Access restored the site to the date when you fixed my last problem but it still seem to have caused a problem, could you please assist me, I would be very grateful. Harry

Dear Harry, If you can send FTP access and backend admin username/password I'll chek the settings.
