Installing GTranslate in WP blog

Hi,
I downloaded the GTranslate yesterday and it looked like I managed to install it to my WP blog and went to configuration to personalize it.
But the translation nor the flags are showing on my blog.
I am not good at this pc stuff so please don't explain complicated. At least tell me where to find the files etc.

No need for replies !!
Suddenly it all fell in to place. Just logged in and there the flags where and it translated too. Pretty good from english to norwegian.
Just some minor words that didn't translate.
Very satisfied

Thanks for your kind words.
If you want there is a feature in the Pro version which allows you to manually refine the translations, so you can get 100% quality.
