Joomla3 with installed GTranslate Pro (purchased)

Hi guys:
In Oct 2014, I did purchase GTranslate Pro for Joomla. I followed all instructions send by email and configured my domain as it is said. I run Joomla 3.2.1. And I activate GTranslate Pro but it does not find the DNS. It did work with Joomla2.5 on the same Domain before. But it does not do its job under Joomla3. Maybe somebody can help. It would be nice.

Please post your website address, so I can check it. Please make sure that you enabled apace mod_rewrite and renamed htaccess.txt to .htaccess. You can find the documentation here https://gtranslate.io/docs/
