Large numbers of crawl errors with double language code

Hello,
We have roughly four Gtranslate enterprise licenses and unfortunately I'm seeing a large number of crawl errors in webmaster tools with URLs containing 2 language "codes" such as ourdomain.com/el/sw/arealurl
I can also see quite a few with ourdomain.com/elarealurl with the forward slash missing.
When I view the "linked from" section for these URLs and fetch that page as Google I can see no sign of the incorrect URL with missing slash or double language code. It is rather strange.
