I was sent the version gtranslate_v3.141592 to update and not the latest version of November 1.5.x.28

The one I have sent you is the latest Pro version. The latest version of the free is available on our website and you can download it.

The first plugin I've never bought installed, now I have to install this new plugin posted without first installing the old plugins?

Not sure what you are asking. You need to replace all the files in gtranslate folder with the ones in general/gtranslate folder and re-configure the gtranslate/config.php.
