LICENCE CHECK PROBLEM (even after purchase gtranslate pro)

Hi we have gtranslate installed on webpage and we purchase gtranslate pro for domain: JOOMLA 2.5 SITE: and everything works great but every cca 10 days we have to do licence check over and over again because it stop to translate and it says something like: you must buy granslate and something about that you dont have licence. We tryed to put 666 permission on licence.dat file few days ago and now we must see if it will take effect or not (because it was on 644 before), but we can try to add your official server ip adress on our server white list of IP's if you provide it to us, because we read about this problem too, so we can try this to resolve problem. So, to repeat we have no problems beside that licence check every time over and over again, but everything else works great. Just to resolve this problem and we are satisfied customers. Thanks for help in advance.
