[Solved] message keep popup: please update your GTranslate

Dear Sir/Madam,

I got this message keep popup on my site "Please update your GTranslate from https://gtranslate.io"

I updated the latest version from your site. But still have the message popup.
I disabled the module & removed the module from my site, the message still popup

Does anyone can give me any suggestion please.

I am using the Free version

my site : http://greenpost.com.au/
is using Joomla.
I just downloaded and updated the latest version 2 days before.
Also, the redirect method is not work as well.

Please uninstall it and make a new clean install.

Also, please make sure to clear your joomla cache.

I did uninstall the GTranslate module and then clean all the Joomla cache. But the message still come back.
Then I do a clean install, however, the message still come back as well.

Any other suggestion please. My site have been advertise and live. If possible, want this fixed as soon as possible.

So you say that even if you uninstall GTranslate the message is still there? Can you confirm?

May be you have it in your template? Please check /templates/ja_purity/index.php file for gtranslate.

Yes, even uninstall the message still there.

And you are right, I found something inside "index.php". I think is I put the gtranslate general HTML code before and forgot take it off.
