Forum Archive - No more Gtranslate pro used but subdomain url stay active

Hi, Few years ago we used Gtranslate Pro. We don't use it anymore and have suppress all the sub-domain created on our server. Nevertheless we continue to have incoming url with adress such as http://de.en.catnat.net (even for article very recent). Can you check if our account have been well cancelled on your side ? Hi, URLs with subdomains can be used with our Enterprise version, if you do not use it, please remove the DNS records you have added for languages. Thanks!

Thanks for your quick reply. All the DNS added for languages have been deleted for a long time but as you can see on this capture we still have a lot of connection with subdomain url (http://www.catnat.net/Capture.jpg). Any idea from where this issue could comes from ?

The DNS records are not removed properly, because de.en.catnat.net has an IP address assigned to it. If the records were removed you won't be able to measure any requests to non existent subdomains. Please consult your hosting provider. Thanks!
