Need redirects

Hello
I need to setup 301 redirects as removing all languages of gtranslate from my old testing server, so we need to inform Google that language is removed and it is a permanent redirect.
Domain.com/fr/page123/cat56
to be forwarded to
Domain.com/page123/cat56
Please provide the code.

Please reply asap. This delay is preventing our rank juice to be forwarded to new URL's and unfortunately we are failing to save ranks due to this delay. What code do I use to convert all Language URL's to normal URL's ?

Please try the following rule
RewriteRule ^([a-z]{2}|zh-CN|zh-TW)/(.*)$ /$2 [R=301,L]
