I'm getting an error in translation urls

I've already checked with the hosting, and..
You will need to contact gTranslate for any futher troubleshooting. There are no blocks on our end for the IP 94.23.220.123.
What can I do?

Please check your website first request load time. It should be less than 5 sec.
