not able to do step 4 of installation

When I go to do step #4 which is going to the config.php file to continue installation the page is blank. How can I install this?

Hi,
You should edit config.php and upload it back to your server.
If you still have difficulties, please send PM with your ftp and backend username and password and we can install it for you.
