I can not run my site but there is a kind of Joomla 1.7.5 translate your module. If flags does not appear when I click on the drop-down list does not translate. pRb. What could it be?

I'm sorry you are right domain name is mtmuhendislik.co this theme from TemplateMonster bought as a professional and I've added to a hosting site for linux.

Hi,
I can see you are using GTranslate Free version with the translation method "On Fly" . It is working properly. I was able to switch between the languages. Here is the screenshot

The issue with flags is related to your CSS.

To display the flags you may add this line somewhere in your CSS:
a.flag img { display: inline;}
