Hi I have followed the instructions in the readme file: 1. PHP ionCube Loader - can be found at http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php, if you don't have it ask your hosting provider to enable it for you...confirmed by webmaster 2. PHP Curl library - default for the most hosts...confirmed by webmaster 3. PHP JSON library - default for PHP 5 >= 5.2.0...confirmed by webmaster 4. PHP Zlib - default for the most hosts...confirmed by webmaster 5. Apache mod_rewrite or equivalent (IIRF or ISAPI_rewrite for IIS servers) ...confirmed by webmaster the balance of the items have been generated in the readme file.... I am unclear how to diagnose my problem as the sub-folders of the various languages are not being created..... Regards Paolo

I have the same problem and when I put st-barts-advisor.com/fr I have this "Site error: the file /homepages/45/d330808088/htdocs/gtranslate/translate.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator." However i am sure to have ioncube already installed because i use Jreview which needs Ioncube.

404 error page can arise if you have something wrong in your .htaccess file. Make sure that you put # gtranslate config block exactly after RewriteEngine On line. ionCube need to be installed also for gtranslate folder. To check if it is enabled you can place info.php file from the product package into gtranslate folder and access it.
