Problem With GTranslate Enterprise

I have a website http://www.spanish-inland-properties.com and I am using GTranslate Enterprise. At the moment some pages are translating into Spanish while others are not. E.g. the home page in the Spanish version http://es.spanish-inland-properties.com/ does not translate, another page http://es.spanish-inland-properties.com/index.php?call=gencontent&s=102 translates.
I have tried to sort this out on the forum herehttp://gtranslate.net/forum/how-set-gtranslate-enterprise-t2490.html#p9823 and via email.
I have been told the problem lies with errors in the html i.e. Yana says "I've checked your website. The problem is related to your HTML code . I've checked it with validator.w3.org. Please correct <head> <body> ans <html> end tag errors and it will work properly.

The html validator does show errors but the same errors (except one) are visible for the page that translates and the one that does not. Also if you view the page source from your browser the tags that are missing according to the validator are in fact present.
So, it is all a mystery to me.
Can you help please?

Hi Yana,
I cannot find any mention of the template within the instruction email for GTranslate Enterprise nor in the GTE documentation. What template are you referring to?

Hi,
When I check your site with W3 HTML Validator it says that you have wrong end tags for html and body tags.

Please fix them. We cannot guarantee the result if you have end tag errors in your HTML code.
