Hi my web is streetpongshop.com i did the cname but the languages not working get, also you gave me a account for edit the translations but not a direction for it
if you put ca.streetpongshop.com not working if you can help me thanks.

Hi,
Please check your DNS CNAME records. It doesn't seem that you created CNAME records correctly.
I have just checked with nslookup tool:
*** UnKnown can't find ca.streetpongshop.com: Non-existent domain
If you can send me access info I can check your settings. You can use the contact form on our homepage.
To edit the translations you need to add ?language_edit=1 to the end of the URL . You will see language editing tools. Make your changes and save. It will prompt for password.
