problem with GTRANSLATE PRO shows a blank page

GTRANSLATE PRO is installed in the following domain
http://large-format-printers.org/
but displays a blank page when you select any language. already corroborated the ioncube installation and if properly installed, we installed it in several places and has worked well.

PROBLEM SOLVED
The problem apparently is that the password is placed in config.php can not have the @ symbol.
find out what seeing the LOGS
