SSL and Arabic translation problem in GTranslate Pro
Apr 1, 2014 11:32 pm by webvolve
We purchased the Pro software for the domain http://www.2014worldenergyforum.org. The translations work for 4 of the 5 languages we are translating - Russian, French, Spanish, and Chinese. However when we try the Arabic translation, everything below the slideshow doesn't show up. It's blank. Second thing is that when we click on an https:// link, the page looks completely messed up. Is there anything special we need to do to get it working with both http:// and https://? The site is live at that domain so it can be tested to see what I am talking about. Thank you! Micheal Garza

Hi, Arabic is a right to left language, it seems that your template doesn't support it. To fix the issue please edit the HTML source code of your template and change <div class="s5_light_modules"> to add dir="ltr" attribute, so it looks like <div class="s5_light_modules" dir="ltr">. To fix the SSL issue, please edit config.php file and add $_SERVER['SERVER_PROTOCOL'] = 'HTTPS/1.1'; line in the end of the file. Thanks!
