Support requests seem much slower than the forum. Please check my support request number 3167936101. We need the domain name changed on our license.
In the future, I think you should have a self service portal so we can manage our account, domain name, support requests, editing password, etc.

The test.mydomain.com is still working so I wonder if it was changed yet? Also, I wonder if www in front will be a problem?

So I switched over to my domain name and it is not switched ASAP like you mentioned. I'm getting a license error! My support ticket was closed hours ago. I don't understand why it's not done yet.
