Question 1. there is an "%" in front of test. and still my main language. what is the problem.
Question 2. Can I change the css for each language, because there is error template after translated

1. % means that the text is in the translation queue and you will see thetranslated version soon. You just need to wait.
2. Yes, you can detect current selected language and load appropriate css file.
You can find the current selected language code from X-GT-Lang request header. If your site is written in PHP you can find it in _SERVER['HTTP_X_GT_LANG'] variable.
