The translation has stopped working for us at carepointadvantage.org and we are getting a 302 error. I believe We are signed up for the Enterprise version. Can you send us the latest update please? Thanks! jh

Hi, You are using GTranslate Pro version not Enterprise. It seems Google blocked your IP address. We can upgrade your GTranslate Pro license to GTranslate Enterprise for free for one year. Please let me know if you want to upgrade the license.

Yana, Thanks for the fast reply. We changed the ip address of the site and the translation still seems to not be working. Couple of questions. 1) Did we get blocked because of a conflict with Googles Terms of Service? If so how do we avoid that in the future. 2) Which service is better for SEO - Google or your TDN and why? Thanks!

Hi, Google is providing very tight translation limits per day .if you want to continue using GTranslate Pro version you will need to obtain Google API key. Please note that it is not free. With Enterprise version you will have subdomain structure URLs and you will be able to translate URLs also which is good for SEO.
