Hi, You should unblock 94.23.220.123 IP address. Since the request is being passed trough our server you will see our IP address instead of visitor's real IP address. You can use X-Real-IP header to see visitor's IP address.

thanks yana the issue is resolved! however we still see a pop up - "Google Analytics is not installed please turn off analytics feature in gtranslate plugin" how can we disable this popup for non-admin in users?

Hi, You should disable Google Analytics option in GTranslate settings page or you need to put Google Analytics tracking code in your website.

hi how do i access the GTranslate settings page? also google analytics works fine with our root domain. it will be great if we could get tracking for translated sites. but i believe the process is quite lengthy

hi the template or actually known as the plugin is written by your developers and quite complex. can you please check with your developers and tell us how to modify your wordpress code? your development team should provide this information - which file to modify , where to find it and what code needs to be modified, and finally the modification needed. im sure you have 100s of wordpress users and this information will help everybody. thanks

there is gtranslate.php of your wordpress plugin. there is no way to add the code you shared into this template, as it isn't a html file, it's a php file..

Hi, WordPress template is not written by our developer. It is the theme of your website. The WordPress Appearance Editor allows users to modify the current theme. From the administration panel select “Appearance” and then “Editor” to open up the theme editor. This editor should allow you to make changes to your WordPress theme files. You shouldn't put Google analytics code in GTranslate php file. Google Analytics tracking code may be placed in either the WordPress header file (header.php) or footer file (footer.php). If you place the tracking code in the WordPress header, the Google Analytics script will be run as the page begins to load and should complete whether the rest of the page loads or not. In this way, you will be prioritizing Google Analytics, ensuring that each visit will be counted. Please check WordPress documentation for more info.

Analytics in our wordpress is working through a plugin and is not a theme functionality I believe. We use Yoast Google Analytics plugin. It has several options. Would it be possible for you to check how to get the desired results using Yoast Google Analytics plugin?

Hi, It would be better if you contact Yoast Analytics plugin developer and ask support to configure it for your multi domain case.
