Hi,
I want to use WPML to translate my Wordpres theme and pages and us Gtranslatre to translate ONLY POSTS.
Is it possible ?
I know the balise <span class="notranslate"> "YOUR TEXT HERE" </span> but I don't think it's the right thing to try to add it to you .php or .css files.
Please advice

Technically it is possible. But it will be too much work for you to add the necessary notranslate tags.
I can create a special version for you, so you can select what to translate instead of excluding the rest you don't want to be translated.
