Hello, I have bought a gtranslate pro to domain videocity.it to joomla 2.5. I have installed the plugin and the module. And I have changes the .htaccess, sitemap.txt and robots.txt. But when I active the plugin, only a black page appears in the website. Could you, please, help to solve this problem? Thanks in advance

Hi, Please make sure to read the installation steps carefully. If you are installing the plugin, there is no need to edit .htaccess file. Most likely you forgot to check PHP library requirements. You may find the exact error log in your PHP error log, however it is required to check if your server supports ionCube library.
