I installed the zip based on the instructions. But I have not yet
received my API key or username/password. Would you please send these
to me asap?

Please open gtranslate/config.php file for further instructions.
You need to get Translate API key from: https://code.google.com/apis/console/

Wow... now that's prompt support!
Got the API and entered everything. But now the URls won't load.
Translations are loading albeit a bit slow... any way to speed this up?

Please check the troubleshooting and the FAQ before you ask a question.
First load is always slow. It will become faster over time when the cache grows.
