We have the paid version and turned on "Sub-directory URL structure"
When you click a translation language I see:

If you see this error constantly and you are the system administrator of this resource then please make sure that you are not blocking our IP 51.255.65.216

Please contact your hosting provider and ask to unblock GTranslate server IP address or you can consider using CloudFlare free service.
