(beta) popup issues

I'm building a wordpress site using 907 as my template. The popup function would be best for what i am building, but when I click on it nothing pops up. please advise. when I click on the toggle it just adds /# to my url but no selections appear. This is only an issue when I select to have the popup in my main navigation. It works in the other areas, but doesn't look good. hope this info helps.
