Because of blacklisted problem at bluehost.com (almost everyday) donn't know exact reason but blocked gtranslate IP and could not use translated pages.
finally I decided to move to godaddy.com (edvard suggested me ), and... I could not do it by my self.
so I asked xcloner.com to do it for me. now my web working normal at godaddy already.
