Cart stopped working

I bought the annual enterprise package a couple of weeks ago and it is not working properly. Not all elements are translated and the cart is not working. People cannot make orders. No matter how many items they add to cart, cart always appears empty!
Our website is joocart. My technitians have a frequent communication with yours but there is no solution sofar. If you will not find a way to sort this out, i m afraid i will have to ask for a refund.

Hi,
Please post your website address and provide the steps to follow to see the issue.
Most likely you have cacheing enabled on your dynamic pages, so they are being cached on our side and you see your cart always empty.
