Can some please assist me with ticket #11706313. I've been trying to get some assistance for some days now. I just need my enterprise license updated to support the new requested domain.

Ok, so now I am frustrated. I've submitted a support ticket about updating my license on our new domain. I got a response saying that it would be done, yet it's still not working. A whole week and still, I can not get this issue resolved. I have an active monthly subscription, why can't I get proper support on this matter????
