Checkout page problem

Hello,
once I ordered improvements (JSON) of checkout page to be translated correctly.
After that Checkout button on PayPal gateway directing me to wrong url:
tracers.ru/cgi-bin/..
instead of:
paypal.com/cgi-bin/..
Could the reason be in changes made for correcting translation for checkout page?
