Clickable translation flags above toolbar

A client of mine wants to add flag icons above the GTranslate toolbar for Chinese, English, Spanish, French and Italian. He also wants these to translate the page upon click instead of selecting the language from the drop-down. From ready the forums it looks like this feature is included in the PRO version. Is this true?
