Does changing Menu structure effect edited translations

I am changing the structure of my main menu on my Joomla site which will effect the URLs.
For example: thisisgraphicart.com/about-apyc will change to thisisgraphicart.com/conferences/about-apyc.
Will this affect the edits to the translations that have been made manually on these pages?
