Export all custom translations

Want to get all custom translations added for my site (gokhalemethod.com), We want to maintain a index, basically whenever the english version text changes we can go through this index and check that a equivalent change is required in other languages.
We want the page_url (if possible), source text, translated text and any other valuable fields related to the custom translations we did.

Unfortunately it is not possible to export edited translations.
