Enterprise SSL Issue

I have GTranslate Enterprise running on my company's website. We're in the process of purchasing a wildcard SSL certificate through our web host. How do we get that incorporated into our translated subdomains?
In other words, who do I email the certificate and key to once we receive it from the web host?

Dear Chris,
You can send he certificate and key by email and we will install it. You can send it to [email protected] email address.
