Ok I figured out that is the Super Cache plugin that creates a compression of the pages. If I remove the compression the pages take 6-10 seconds to load , compered to 2-5 seconds with the Super Cache compressed pages. I removed the compression the enterprise translation started to work, however its taking up to 10-15 seconds to load which is not acceptable, the free version does the translation in a split second! getting translated with % before any content it takes 4-6 times to reload the page before it is gone! In addition we get a massage that the page is not available to come back later Can you speed up the translated pages ? After we get the small problems out of the way how can we set up the flags and countries like the pro or free versions?

Hi, % means that the translation is queued and you will see translation soon. I takes less than one minute. In order to use the flags you should install GTranslate free module and turn ON "Operate with Enterprise" option.
