Enterprise version PROBLEM!

I have a problem with the Enterprise version.
A few days ago, the homepage (only the homepage) in German and Spanish do not work, they send me to the home page of the original site.
The other languages are working properly.

We show the original page - http://www.geosearch.it ... and if you refresh the page, it redirects you to http://www.geosearch.it
The other languages work regularly.
example:

etc ...
I tried from various computers and various connections, always the same result.
