GTranslate Enterprise adding spam to Drupal site

We have started to use GTranslate on a website but on the French translation spam text is being injected. Can someone please help with this?
There is a Twitter feed on the bottom left of the page http://xxxx.com. On the french version (http://fr.xxxx.com) there is spam text below the Twitter feed.
