GTranslate Pro 777 error

We are facing the following problem in our site
http://www.santorini-sailing.gr
it returns the message
gtranslate/cache and XX language folders should be writable (777 permission)
We have checked the permissions as well as the steps you are describing on post troubleshooting-gtranslate-pro-t368.html
Our web developer believes that it could happen because we updated php version.
Is it possible to have the last update?
we have 2 licences for the following sites
http://www.santorini-sailing.gr
http://www.pelican.gr/

Hi,
Can you please let me know which version of PHP you are using? You will need to set 777 permissions for /gtranslate/cache/xx subfolders also.

php version is 5.4
permissions were set for /gtranslate/cache/xx subfolders also.
