high number files /cache

Hello, our current hosting provider alert us about a folder who contains 200,000 files
And this folder belong to:
/www/plugins/system/gtranslate/gtranslate/cache/en
- Why to many files in this folder?
- This folder can be deleted?

Hi,
It is the translated cache for English version. You can delete the cache files only for unnecessary languages. If you delete the cache files for all languages it will start translating again.
Please note that Google doesn't provide free translations any more.
If you want to use GTranslate Pro version you need to obtain Google API key which is not free. You can check the prices here https://cloud.google.com/translate/v2/pricing
