How does manual translation work?

I am considering upgrading but need to know how the manual translation works. I have a site with dynamic content. Does the GTranslate create a new file if there is manual translation, does it modify an existing file...or what? Thanks!

Hi,
GTranslate keeps the translation in the cache and if you edit the translation they will have .human file extension. You can check the tour video to see how it works: https://gtranslate.io/#!/tour .
