[Solved] Javascript Problem with Pro (PHP) Version

I have two javascripts that are malfunctioning in pages translated with gtranslate pro:
http://www.aventuracctv.com/ru/
Our homepage slide-show no longer displays, and if a user mouses over the Question? blue button at the top, the tooltip text will not disappear until they leave the page. How can I restore proper function of my site scripts?

Resolved: this seems to have been an implicit/explicit addressing problem caused by the new /ru/ et al non-existent folders.
