limit.txt created, but no limit in Google api console

How to fix? I try switch to bing api, but limit.txt creating again... If delete it - i recieve one translated page. After that limit.txt creating again and nothing translating. If i delete translate now - i get one more translated page... That should be?

Hi,
The limit.txt is set for 5 minutes and expires after that, so you don't need to worry. However if you want to know the reason you can enable the debug from config.php.
