Module for language switcher for Joomla 2.5 and 3

I recently purchased a Enterprise license, and I was wondering where are the Joomla module for language switcher? Shouldn't it be a module to change the language for visitor?

I am using a Joomla 2.5 site that will be upgraded to Joomla 3.1
