Not working gtranslate on my website

I have a paid plan of gtranslate for my website
http://www.cabopulmodiving.com/
But when i run the gtranslate and create sub-domain with adding DNS CNAME
es.cabopulmodiving.com
Its not working. when i open the es url it will redirect to the http://www.cabopulmodiving.com/.
i do everything but i am stuck. Please response asap i have urgent on this.

What does this mean...www will stop gtranslate functionality
